The most common request for new designs of our pre-cut homes received are for plans with a Room with a View.
Taking full advantage of our beautiful country side whether the view be of a vineyard or the ocean or a distant valley, the desire to incorporate this feature into the design of the home is very important. Also being able to enjoy the climate and the out of doors with a covered area that extends the living space into the landscape.
These designs are schematic in nature and can be scaled to accommodate spaces that are more intimate to more ample. Attached garages can be added and there is some flexibility in meeting the needs of your family and lifestyle as the designs are developed. They are not engineered plans but are meant to be a springboard for developing a design and then a factory built framing package.
It is anticipated that these panelized home packages will be slightly more per square foot than the standard models due to the larger vaulted ceilings and the more expansive use of windows. The cost of the engineered plans will be charged as custom plans and engineering and design charges will be dependent on the number of changes required. Two hours of design changes will be included at no charge.
