The drafting department at Pacific Modern Homes, Inc. can revise any of our standard Signature Series plans to meet you specific needs and preferences. Frequent changes include adapting the plan to a sloped site, moving a wall, adding a window or extending a garage. Our staff includes a licensed architect who can advise you on the feasibility of adapting each specific plan and can help make the changes to meet your specific needs.

All of the Signature Series plans can be "reversed" like the Napa above with the garage on either side. This allows for the best placement on the site for access and views. There is no additional charge for this service.

Frequently clients love a particular floor plan but would like to change the style of the home. The Springfield model looks more like a tradtional farm house but the Scotsdale model with the identical floor plan has more of a mediterranean feel = both with the exact same floor plan. There was once a request to revise the Springfield Plan to a client's requirement for a more traditional "European" look with a one car garage.......

As you can see, the revised lan features a hip roof system with a stucco exterior. We add the classic Quoin corner details to enhance the look of the exterior, but the basic change to the PMHI framing package is the roof and garge change. It is easy to make these changes with the help of North Coast Package Homes.
