This Santa Clara model built in Napa County shows the foundation and sub-floor ready for the delivery of the package and assembly of the panels into the house. This project was largely completed by the owner acting as his own contractor as an owner/builder with great success.

This modified Westlake fit on this narrow lot with a single car garage and the owner changed the appearance by having a stucco exterior rather than the lap siding of the standard model.
